Warranty Policy

 
Stainless steel shower base, tray and grate

Guaranteed for life (25 years) against water leaks and/or manufacturing defects following sale, for the original owner. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

FOSK.inc disclaims all liability related to the installation of its products.

FOSK.inc's liability is limited to replacing or repairing the product proven defective. The manufacturer is not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of this product.

The responsibility of Fosk inc. for all our products offered is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item (according to the decision of our complaints office). Fosk inc. cannot be held responsible for any other damage resulting from a manufacturing defect, installation problem, negligence and or damage following abusive and/or non-recommended use.

For a complaint:

You must contact us to open a service ticket, this will determine whether the item must be sent to us (shipping and return costs following the repair are at the expense of the claimant) or we will send it of the replacement part (shipping costs are at the expense of the claimant).

Delivery

Fosk inc. is not held responsible for any damage related to delivery.

 

Parcel theft

Fosk inc. is not held responsible for package theft.

Customs and other fees

Fosk inc. reserves the right to claim from the purchaser of the product all additional customs, storage, lifting platform and other costs.

Return Policy

​

The return will be authorized upon acceptance by the manufacturer and presentation of the original invoice, any product must be returned in its new condition and in its initial packaging within 30 days following sale or delivery. All returns by mail must have a confirmation number. No returns of products that have been installed will be accepted.

The refund of the product will be made according to the payment method used during the transaction. However, a 30% handling fee will be applied as well as shipping costs where applicable.

Special orders, clearance products and floor demonstrators cannot be returned and/or refunded.
